Insanity Class

Ready to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level?  Heard about the Insanity Workout Program and wanting to give it test run?  We are currently providing free Insanity classes in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor Area.  All participants must register before attending a class! 

*Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude!
